CRM Manager - D2C Coffee Brand ☕ | Remote (UK)
I'm hiring a CRM Manager for a fast-growing D2C coffee subscription brand.
The role is fully remote, but you must have the right to live and work in the UK. You'll also need to be a recent, hands-on Klaviyo user - this isn't a strategy-only role.
The brand is scaling quickly, subscriptions sit at the centre of growth, and they need someone to properly own CRM. End-to-end. Lifecycle, retention, LTV - the lot.
This is a genuinely fun company that puts real effort into culture and the team. Think global off-sites and team builds - from strategy sessions in Bali to taking the whole company to Dubai for a week of winter sun before Christmas. Fast-moving, collaborative, and not overly corporate.
What you'll be doing
-
Owning the full customer lifecycle, from first purchase to long-term subscriber
-
Building and optimising automated journeys and subscription flows in Klaviyo
-
Running weekly CRM campaigns that drive revenue and retention
-
Digging into churn, engagement, and subscriber data to uncover growth opportunities
-
Working closely with Growth, Product, Creative, and CX
What they're looking for
-
A recent, hands-on Klaviyo user (non-negotiable)
-
Experience in D2C scale-ups, ideally subscription or consumables (coffee, FMCG, wellness)
-
Commercial, data-led, and comfortable owning outcomes
-
Someone who enjoys pace, autonomy, and building things properly
Why it's worth a look
-
Proper ownership of CRM at a key growth stage
-
Direct impact on retention and subscription revenue
-
Fully remote, UK-based
-
A fun culture with global team trips
Package 💷 Up to £65k + equity 📍 Remote (UK - right to work required)
If you're strong in Klaviyo and want real ownership - this one's worth a conversation.
Desired Skills and Experience Skills Summary End-to-end CRM & lifecycle ownership across D2C subscription businesses Advanced Klaviyo experience (recent, hands-on user) - flows, segmentation, automations, campaigns Subscription retention, LTV & churn reduction strategy and execution Building and optimising onboarding, win-back, reactivation and loyalty journeys Strong commercial and analytical mindset with confidence using data to drive decisions Experience scaling D2C / eCommerce brands, ideally in consumables or FMCG Close collaboration with Growth, Product, Creative and CX teams Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with full ownership and autonomy Test-and-learn mentality with a focus on continuous optimisation
