Gymkhana Fine Foods brings the exceptional flavours of the two-Michelin-star Gymkhana restaurant in Mayfair (London) to the home kitchen, redefining Indian cooking with a premium pantry collection of sauces, marinades, and chutneys.
Over the past decade, Gymkhana has reshaped how the UK experiences Indian cuisine, maintaining its Michelin star and earning a second in 2024. Now, with the flagship restaurant set to open in Las Vegas, we’re building on that momentum to bring the taste of Gymkhana to kitchens across America.
Backed by CAVU, world-class food & beverage investors, and following standout success in the UK (Whole Foods Market, Waitrose, Selfridges and DTC), we are launching in the US across DTC and retail. This is a unique opportunity to join the team at a formative moment as we establish the brand in the United States. You’ll work closely with the Head of US Marketing and collaborate with our UK team to help bring a global brand to life in a new market.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly organized and creatively driven Brand Marketing Manager to support the execution of Gymkhana Fine Foods’ marketing strategy in the United States.
Working closely with the Head of US Marketing, you will help ensure the brand shows up consistently and compellingly across every touchpoint — from digital content and influencer partnerships to retail activations, events, and experiential moments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of brand and execution. You’ll collaborate closely with our UK marketing team, the Gymkhana restaurant group, and external partners to help localize global campaigns and build meaningful brand presence in the US.
As we establish the brand in this market, this role will also play an important part in helping build the foundational processes, systems, and marketing rhythms that will support long-term growth.
As the brand establishes its presence in the US, this role will involve regular travel for events, retail activations, trade shows, and team collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable with a dynamic schedule and occasional coordination across US and UK time zones.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Guardianship & Market Execution
- Support the Head of US Marketing in bringing the Gymkhana Fine Foods brand to life across the US market.
- Act as a steward of the brand locally, ensuring consistency across consumer, retail, and digital touchpoints while adapting global campaigns for US audiences.
- Collaborate closely with the UK team to localize campaigns, messaging, and marketing initiatives for the US market.
- Help coordinate the execution of brand campaigns across channels including retail, ecommerce, experiential, and social.
Experiential & Events
Plan and execute brand events and experiential activations across the US market, including but not limited to:
- Food festivals and trade shows
- Community-driven brand events
- Retail sampling programs and demo activations
- Partner events with JKS restaurants and other collaborators
Support logistics, vendor coordination, and creative execution to ensure events reflect Gymkhana’s premium brand experience
Retail & Shopper Marketing
- Support the execution of retail marketing initiatives across key retail and ecommerce channels.
- Coordinate the development and rollout of in-store assets, retail marketing materials, demo programs, and retail storytelling.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and the UK team to ensure retail touchpoints maintain brand consistency and support commercial performance.
Content, Organic Social, Influencer Support
- Provide creative ideation and strategic guidance across Gymkhana Fine Foods’ organic social channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop content ideas aligned with campaigns, retail moments, and brand storytelling.
- Help identify culturally relevant moments and opportunities that keep the brand fresh, engaging, and relevant in the US market.
- Support the development and execution of influencer and creator partnerships in the US market.
- Help identify partnership opportunities with complementary brands, creators, and cultural platforms that align with the Gymkhana brand.
Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
- Support the planning and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns across email and owned channels. Work with Growth Lead and Head of US Marketing on execution.
- Coordinate campaign briefs, asset development, and deployment within Klaviyo, working to optimize performance through testing and reporting.
- Analyze campaign performance and share insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams across the UK marketing team, US commercial leadership, and the JKS restaurant group.
- Help coordinate cross-market initiatives and ensure the US market remains aligned with global brand direction.
- Contribute to building operational marketing processes that enable the team to scale effectively.
ABOUT YOU
- Minimum 5–7+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or consumer marketing roles, ideally within food, beverage, hospitality, or premium CPG brands.
- Experience executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels including retail, experiential, influencer, and digital.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments where collaboration and adaptability are key.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative teams, sales teams, operations teams, and external partners.
- Analytical mindset with experience reviewing campaign performance and optimizing marketing activity.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and culturally relevant brands.
- A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.

LOCATION:
United States (New York preferred). This role is primarily remote but requires regular travel for brand activations, retail events, trade shows, and team collaboration.
