What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage partner communication and administrative tasks related to the 3-3-3-Skip strategy
  • Draft, personalize, and send donor correspondence, including Cultivation Letters
  • Maintain detailed records of partner interactions in CRM or Google Sheets
  • Schedule and coordinate donor meetings and calls, ensuring efficient calendar management
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry and document preparation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Deep alignment with the employer's mission, vision, and values
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and record-keeping skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using CRMs and spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
  • Ability to build productive relationships with supporters and the community

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Familiarity with mail merge tools and scheduling software like Calendly
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms
  • Experience in nonprofit development or partner engagement
  • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends
