We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR) to help identify new business opportunities and support our company’s growth. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, generate leads, and collaborate with the sales team in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Conduct outreach via email, calls, and social platforms to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support lead generation campaigns.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine customer needs and potential fit.
- Track performance metrics and contribute to business development strategies.
✅ Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to research markets and identify potential business opportunities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
- Fluent in English.
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
