We are looking for a sharp and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to own and accelerate our user acquisition efforts. In this role, you will be the architect of our digital campaigns, directly impacting our bottom line by optimizing every dollar spent to lower customer acquisition costs (CAC) and maximize return on investment (ROI).
You are the perfect fit if you have a proven track record of managing six-figure budgets across multiple channels, a deep curiosity for what makes customers convert, and the analytical rigor to prove it.
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Strategy & Execution: Plan, build, and execute end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including SEM (Google Ads), Social Media (Meta, TikTok, Twitter), Display, Affiliate Marketing, and Programmatic.
- Budget & KPI Management: Manage daily and monthly budgets with a focus on achieving key KPIs (Installs, Registrations, Purchases) while maintaining an optimal Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
- Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Use insights from data to make real-time optimizations to targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and product teams to develop high-converting ad content and landing pages, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Fraud Prevention: Proactively monitor acquisition traffic for fraud and take decisive action to protect our marketing spend.
- Testing & Innovation: Design and run A/B tests (from creatives to landing pages) to uncover new opportunities for growth. Research and propose new digital channels to scale user acquisition efficiently.
- Partner Management: Serve as the main point of contact for external vendors, ad networks, and third-party tracking platforms.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field with a strong quantitative background.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, preferably in-house at a high-growth tech company (e.g., E-commerce, FinTech, Online Travel, or Mobile Gaming).
- Demonstrated expertise in managing campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads is essential. Experience with Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, or other ad networks is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with platform integrations and mobile attribution tools, especially AppsFlyer (including understanding fraud monitoring methods).
- A solid grasp of organic acquisition channels like ASO (App Store Optimization) and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions. Experience with Google Analytics is required.
- A creative mindset for identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that capture their attention.
- You are a self-starter, up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
Bonus Points (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience generating automated reports using Google Data Studio or similar BI tools.
- Practical experience in managing programmatic ad buying.
- Familiarity with SQL for deeper data analysis.
