Freelance Video Editor – Real Estate Reels

This role focuses on elevating the social media presence of a buyer’s agency through creative and consistent video content. The primary objective is to enhance brand visibility and engagement by producing high-quality reels and posts tailored for property-based and value-driven content. The successful candidate will collaborate closely on content ideas and scripts, but will take the lead on editing, creative direction, scheduling, and campaign planning for social media channels. This is an opportunity to shape the visual identity of a growing real estate brand and drive audience growth through compelling storytelling. Deliverables

• Edit and produce 6–8 engaging reels or posts per month for social media platforms
• Collaborate on content concepts and scripts to ensure alignment with brand messaging
• Apply creative direction to enhance video quality, pacing, and visual appeal
• Plan and schedule content to maintain a consistent posting calendar
• Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements (e.g., Instagram Reels, Facebook)
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for future campaigns

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially within the real estate sector
• Ability to translate scripts and ideas into visually compelling short-form content
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
• Experience with content scheduling and basic campaign planning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Availability for ongoing monthly work and timely delivery of content
• Prior experience in real estate or property-related content is a plus, but not required
