Vyro is a fast-growing Automotive SaaS company powering the digital retail experience for global brands and dealerships. We’re expanding rapidly and have an opportunity for an experienced growth professional to join and help us scale.
Role Description
We’re looking for a Growth Manager, to drive customer lifecycle growth across onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention. This is a fully remote role that spans customer success, marketing, and data—ideal for someone who wants to experiment, build, and scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise the customer journey from onboarding to renewal
- Own and implement initiatives/ processes to capture the voice of customers to inform roadmap and actions
- Identify key moments for expansion (upsell, cross-sell) and build lifecycle campaigns with our key customers
- Partner with Customer Success and Product to test and refine growth levers
- Launch customer success initiatives at scale (e.g., campaigns, playbooks, case studies)
- Report on lifecycle metrics (LTV, churn, NRR, activation, etc.)
What You Bring
- 3+ years in a SaaS growth, product marketing, or customer lifecycle role
- Experience working cross-functionally (marketing, CS, product)
- Strategic thinking with a test-and-learn approach to growth
- Bonus: Digital strategy, project management, Automotive experience
