Overview:

We’re hiring a proactive and creative New Business Growth Marketing Manager to join our client, a leading digital product and CX agency building websites, platforms, and digital experiences for major enterprise brands. This is a remote-first role focused on supporting new client acquisition through a blend of trade marketing (70%) and lead generation and customer acquisition (30%).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute trade marketing initiatives: content strategy, event planning, and partner activations to create a halo around the business and drive conversation.
• Develop high-impact marketing materials, including thought leadership, case studies, and campaign assets.
• Experience using Agentic AI Tools to drive lead gen and marketing pushes
• Crafting attention-grabbing LinkedIn posts and other content for Medium and Substack, etc
• Organize and manage webinars, seminars, and in-person events to promote the agency’s capabilities and generate warm leads.
• Collaborate with business development to support lead generation, CRM campaigns, and outbound strategies.
• Identify and optimize touchpoints in the buyer journey to improve conversion.

Candidate Profile:

• + 2 – 3 years in B2B marketing experience at a digital or tech marketing agency growth role.
• Strong demonstrable content marketing, content creation, event creation and organisation, and client acquisition support in terms of lead gen.
• Confident self-starter with excellent writing and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setup, but equally good at collaborating with other remote team members
