About the Role
We are looking for an Ecommerce Customer Journey Manager to take ownership of our onsite experience and overall customer journey. This role focuses on everything that happens after a customer lands on the website, combining commercial thinking, hands on execution, and continuous improvement across every touchpoint.
You will be responsible for improving conversion, retention, and customer satisfaction while making sure our Shopify store runs smoothly, campaigns are executed at a high level, and the Vue brand is represented consistently across all channels.
You will work closely with marketing, design, external partners, and leadership to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive measurable growth.
Some of your responsibilities will include
- Own the day-to-day management and performance of the Shopify store
- Continuously improve the website experience, conversion rate, and full customer journey across desktop and mobile
- Optimize retention levers such as subscription rate, churn reduction, repeat purchase rate, average order value, and future loyalty initiatives
- Coordinate and improve email and SMS campaigns, including promotional sends, customer lifecycle communication, and performance optimization in collaboration with external partners
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests, using data and tools such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to turn insights into action
- Plan and execute website updates and onsite merchandising for campaigns, launches, and promotions in collaboration with the marketing and design teams
- Own ecommerce SEO, including site structure, technical SEO, page speed, and on-page optimization
- Make sure the brand and customer experience stay consistent across all touchpoints, including post-purchase communication, localization, Amazon, and retail partner websites
It's beneficial if you have some or all of the following skill sets
- Strong experience managing a Shopify store in an ecommerce environment
- Proven ability to improve conversion, retention, and customer experience through data-driven decisions
- Experience with subscriptions, loyalty programs, and repeat purchase strategies
- Strong understanding of GA4, Shopify Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and A/B testing
- Good knowledge of ecommerce SEO, including technical SEO, site structure, and page speed
- Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify subscription apps
- Strong attention to detail across branding, UX, and customer communication
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership from idea to execution
- Clear communicator who works well with internal teams and external partners
