Retention Manager (Klaviyo, Email, Lifecycle)

OKTOBER is hiring a Retention Manager to join us. We're one of the fastest growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space and brands love us.

What you'll do:

→ Own results & relationship for 4-5 Shopify brands doing over 5M/y

→ Write your own copy and work with our strong design team to make it bang

→ Grow our collective knowledge by sharing tools, frameworks and ways of thinking

What we're looking for (non negotiable):

→ 2+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience

→ Full funnel understanding, not just email metrics

→ Strong relationship builder and proven client-facing experience

→ Agency background or 8fig+ brand experience
