Help us bring AI to the trades. We’re hiring a Strategic Partnerships Manager to lead growth in the field services space like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more. Voice AI answers calls, qualifies leads, and books jobs automatically so service pros never miss an opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and develop partnerships with field service software platforms, trade associations, training/coaching groups, and lead generation networks.
• Collaborate on co-marketing opportunities, integrations, referrals, and reseller programs.
• Build strong relationships with influencers and key operators in the trades & services space.
• Inform go to market strategy with insights from the field.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in partnerships, BD, or vertical sales in SaaS or home/trade services.
• Strong understanding of how local service businesses operate (HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, cleaning, appliance repair, etc.)
• A builder mentality: someone who can develop and refine partner programs from the ground up.
• Clear communicator.
