About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-obsessed operator to own new supplement launches on Amazon. This is a hands-on role where your success is measured by one thing: how many products you launch and how much revenue and profit they generate. You thrive on speed, execution, and growth. A strong bonus is directly tied to sales performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Launch new supplement products on Amazon fast, from idea to live listing
  • Take full ownership of sales and profit targets for every launch
  • Drive every step: research, pricing, listing creation, promotions, growth
  • Monitor numbers daily and act quickly to optimize results
  • Remove blockers and make decisions fast to keep launches moving

  • Obsession with results - you measure yourself in sales, revenue, and profit
  • Relentless growth mindset - you’re always pushing for faster launches and bigger wins
  • Hands-on executor who thrives on speed and ownership
  • Proven success launching products on Amazon (supplements or similar) is a must
