Joining this NYC-based, creator-led growth agency that partners with top health, wellness, tech and consumer service brands, you’ll help deliver platform-native creative, data-driven storytelling and creator-first campaigns.
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead influencer and creator-led campaign production for the German market (and broader Europe) clients. You will own the full lifecycle; sourcing and onboarding relevant creators, translating strategy into compelling briefs, overseeing content production, and optimising performance across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Meta.
You’ll oversee content production workflows, working your magic across timeline coordination, asset naming & tracking, review of draft and final edits to ensure quality, alignment with brief and performance readiness, all the while collaborating closely with Strategists, Editors, Creators and cross-functional teams (strategy, paid media, product, creative) to deliver influencer-led content that both resonates and drives growth.
We’re looking for someone based in London who is happy to work remotely on a 3-month booking, starting as soon as possible.

What We’re Looking For
Passionate about working with creators, you’re a Marketing Manager who loves social content and thrives in a fast-moving environment. This role is all about identifying, evaluating and onboarding German-speaking creators whose audiences, aesthetic and tone align with brands and clients, so you’ll be a pro in this area!
Experience translating campaign strategy into creative briefs and execution plans is key here, so you’ll be confident in your ability to define format, platform nuances, hooks and deliverables. You’re someone who knows exactly how to manage all creator communications, from outreach, briefing, content review, all the way through to feedback loops and final asset delivery.
With plenty of experience up your sleeve, you can utilise performance data and analytics to assess creator content impact, identify breakout patterns and feed into future campaign planning, as well as monitor short-form content trends, platform best practices and creator behaviours to continuously iterate and improve projects and workflows.
