Location: Home based in the UK (either Manchester, London or Birmingham with close access to airport links). International travel required (approx 30 - 50% travel time expected). We’re a fast-growing leader in medical device innovation, and we’re looking for a talented, ambitious Sales Channel Manager to join our Commercial team. The Sales Channel Manager will support our commercial team with distributor management, performance monitoring, and relationship optimisation across our growing global network. What to Expect: - Work with the International Sales team to develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the assigned distributor channels, aligning with Endomag´s overall goals and objectives. - Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with assigned international distributors across multiple markets. - Conduct regular business reviews, performance assessments, and strategic planning sessions with distributor partners. - Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities and performance gaps. - Implement corrective action plans for underperforming distributors. - Coordinate cross-functional support from internal teams (clinical, marketing, regulatory, customer service). - Prepare comprehensive performance reports and dashboards for management. - Support distributors in developing and executing market penetration strategies and business plans. - Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and growth initiatives within existing territories. - Collaborate on product launches, promotional campaigns, and market entry strategies as well as attending international events. - Support evaluation and onboarding of new distributor partners in emerging markets. - Support in the management of distributor agreements, including contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments. What We Expect: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field. - Strong level of experience in channel management, distributor management, or business development. - Previous experience in the medical device industry or regulated healthcare markets is preferred. - Demonstrated experience managing long-term and successful international business relationships. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing performance metrics. - International business experience or work in multiple countries. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; second language preferred. - Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
