Role mission

Own performance acquisition end to end and turn our paid programs into a stable, predictable engine for quality pipeline. You will build upon the success we have already seen and raise the bar on strategy, creative, execution, and measurement.

You will work closely with Head of Product Marketing to translate positioning into ads that connect, scale what works, and build a repeatable growth system.

This role is for you if…

You are not looking to “manage ads.” You want full ownership, high standards, and direct accountability for revenue from performance channels. You are comfortable being the person who diagnoses what is actually happening, makes the call, ships changes fast, and explains the why with clarity.

What you will own

  • Paid acquisition strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Full budget ownership: allocation, pacing, and rebalancing across channels and campaigns based on CAC and revenue outcomes
  • A systematic approach to scaling quality leads, not just volume
  • Creative direction for performance, including rapid iteration and frequent refresh
  • Hands-on static creative when needed, plus agency management for UGC production
  • Clean measurement and a tight feedback loop with Sales to connect spend to pipeline and revenue
  • Expansion beyond core channels: validate and scale new opportunities (Reddit, display, industry sponsorships, and other relevant bets)

  • Significantly build upon the success we have already seen and make performance acquisition consistently dependable
  • A predictable base of lead volume with quality that Sales trusts
  • Efficient growth with disciplined spend allocation and clear tradeoffs
  • A repeatable testing system that produces winners across creative, audiences, offers, and landing page angle
  • Executive-ready reporting that is honest, sharp, and decision-oriented

Responsibilities:

  • Build and run full-funnel paid programs across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
  • Own budget planning and forecasting: set channel targets, manage pacing, reallocate spend decisively, and explain tradeoffs clearly in weekly readouts
  • Master platform optimization systems and use them to scale, not to babysit
  • Lead a relentless creative engine: develop hypotheses, write briefs, ship variants, measure performance, and iterate fast
  • Create high-performing static ads when needed (direct response, simple, fast), and direct UGC production through an agency
  • Diagnose volatility and performance shifts (creative fatigue, saturation, signal loss, offer mismatch), then implement fixes quickly
  • Partner with PMM on messaging, proof, and differentiation, then convert it into effective creative angles and landing page narratives
  • Own acquisition measurement end to end: pixels, conversion APIs where applicable, attribution judgment, and CRM feedback loops
  • Produce clear weekly performance narratives: what happened, why it happened, what we learned, and what changes ship next

Must-haves

  • You have personally owned paid acquisition with real accountability, not as a supporting player
  • Deep hands-on expertise in Meta and Google, plus strong working proficiency in LinkedIn
  • You can build creative that converts: hooks, offers, proof, and specificity, not generic SaaS fluff
  • You ship fast and learn faster, you operate with a testing cadence that would overwhelm most teams
  • You are comfortable operating without guardrails and still produce clean, repeatable results
  • You communicate like an operator: crisp, direct, and backed by clear reasoning and data
  • You care about downstream outcomes and lead quality, not vanity metrics

Strongly preferred

  • Early-stage or high-growth startup experience, vertical SaaS, proptech, or a high-performing agency background
  • Experience expanding beyond core channels, including Reddit, display, and industry sponsorships
  • Comfort building simple static creatives yourself and leading UGC production through an agency
