We’re partnering with a high-growth proptech SaaS company that’s scaling fast and investing heavily in its commercial team. This isn’t a volume-driven churn environment. It’s structured, ambitious and built around performance.
They’re hiring two Sales Consultants to help drive the next phase of growth.

This business builds a market-leading CRM platform used by estate agencies across the UK. The product is deeply embedded into customer workflows and directly impacts revenue and operational performance.
Backed by a major private equity firm, the company is well-funded, commercially focused and entering a major expansion phase. The sales team is mature, structured and built around accountability and development.
Opportunity:
This is a genuine 360 sales role.
You’ll generate and close your own opportunities across three funnels:
- 50 percent inbound marketing-driven leads
- 25 percent SDR-generated opportunities
- 25 percent self-generated from structured datasets
This role offers ownership, earning potential and visibility inside a business with real momentum.
Your Role:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Run structured discovery calls and high-quality product demos
- Build outbound pipeline across phone, email and LinkedIn
- Manage and forecast your pipeline accurately in Salesforce and HubSpot
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing and Customer Success
- Contribute to a high-performance, supportive team culture
- You’ll be part of a team of 7 consultants supported by 2 SDRs, with short daily check-ins to stay sharp and aligned.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience working within a structured sales process
- A track record of hitting or exceeding target
- Drive, resilience and genuine hunger to win
- Confidence without ego
- Comfort picking up the phone and creating opportunity
- Estate agency experience is helpful but not essential. Strong SDRs ready to step into a closing role are encouraged to apply.
