Role Overview
We’re hiring a hands-on, independent Demand Gen Specialist to build and scale our digital growth engine — managing paid media, website, email, and events to drive awareness, demand, and pipeline.
You’ll work directly with leadership, own campaigns end-to-end, and operate with autonomy to move fast, test ideas, and optimize constantly.
What You’ll DoPerformance Marketing
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive qualified B2B leads.
- Track key metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and create weekly performance reports.
Analytics & Experimentation
- Own marketing analytics across GA4, ad platforms, and CRM.
- Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email workflows.
Email, Automation & CRM
- Build newsletters, nurture sequences, and automated campaigns.
- Segment audiences and improve engagement and deliverability.
Website & Conversion
- Manage and update site content (WordPress or Webflow experience a plus).
- Create and iterate landing pages with compelling copy and clear CTAs.
Content & Copy
- Write persuasive copy for ads, landing pages, and email that converts.
Events & Community
- Plan and execute webinars and industry events, turning engagement into opportunities.
Project Management
- Manage timelines and deliverables across channels and ensure strong documentation.
Who You Are
- 3–4+ years of growth or digital marketing experience (preferably B2B).
- Proven success with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads — share data or examples if possible.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, automation, and conversion funnels.
- Excellent copywriting and creative instincts that drive results.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, ad managers, analytics, and CMS tools.
- Highly independent, data-driven, and resourceful — thrives in a startup environment.
- Exceptional communication and organization skills.
- Familiarity with the AEC industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business or similar (preferred).
