We are looking for a Creative Strategy Director for an innovative DTC company in the UK, who are building the world’s most intuitive platform for producing your memories.
This year, they are on track to achieve over $50 million in revenue, growing at around 20 plus% year-on-year. Their native iOS and Android apps are available in 12 languages, with more than 10 million users to date, and they ship to over 50 countries around the world.
International growth is core to their strategy and they are actively looking to expand in the US.
The mission for the role:
This will be their first hire in the US and you will have the opportunity to build their brand, creative and marketing strategy.
As the Creative Strategy Director for the US, your mission is to define how they show up creatively in the United States. You’ll shape the storytelling, tone, and creative approach across channels — ensuring everything feels culturally fluent and emotionally resonant.
You’ll bring deep understanding of US audiences and digital culture, translating insight into creative direction. You’ll work closely with the UK Growth, Creative, and CRM teams, as well as US creators, influencers, and agency partners, to build a creative ecosystem that drives both brand love and performance outcomes.
You must be in a performance-creative leadership role for a DTC mobile or consumer tech brand with a strong understanding of video/social first creative strategies. You will ideally have experience helping an international brand scale in the US.
