Job Description

TrueVoice is looking for an innovative, detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the agency’s business development programs, using an array of systems and platforms for research, management, and measurement, and adhering to specifications, and time and budgets.

Our ideal candidate is able to juggle multiple, different tasks while liaising with various internal and external stakeholders. With excellent management across complex projects, technical background, interpersonal, and team-building skills, the Sales & Marketing Manager is a crucial member in driving success by efficiently managing projects, identifying risks, and building strong relationships with partners and team members.

ResponsibilitiesOwn agency sales & marketing execution

·      Maintain and coordinate the agency content calendar, and assist with basic Webflow tasks

·      Build, QA, and deploy agency email campaigns; manage lists, segments, and light automations

·      Coordinate and schedule agency LinkedIn posts, including basic image/copy variants and comment monitoring

·      Open and track website update tickets with development team; ensure requirements, assets, and approvals are complete

·      Source/enrich prospect lists via approved vendors; remove duplicates, normalize, and import/export data aligned with company standards

·      Report weekly performance and provide recommendations for improvement

Provide skilled sales operations support

·      Join select prospect meetings; capture detailed notes, decisions, and next steps

·      Update and maintain CRM system (contacts, companies, activities, opportunities, stages, next actions, tags/segments)

·      Prepare sales materials (slides, one-pagers) that align with brand voice

·      Generate pipeline/activity snapshot for leadership (meetings held, new opps, stage movement, next steps)

Ensure project & process coordination

·      Drive tasks and dependencies in the project management tool; maintain timelines

·      Maintain shared playbooks (campaign QA, posting guidelines, UTMs, CRM updates)

·      Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of sales and marketing efforts

·      Plan and execute business development projects to meet objectives

·      Leverage project management platforms and other productivity software to proactively manage dependencies across a complex set of project workstreams

·      Coordinate and participate in prospect meeting, capturing detailed meeting notes while defining key actions and insights

·      Track and report sales activities and outcomes in CRM platform

·      Identify opportunities for process enhancement, implement innovative strategies, and drive continuous improvement

·      Conduct market research to support new business opportunities, identify target audiences, and define competitors

·      Assist in developing sales materials, content and presentations that align with objectives and brand voice

·      Define project requirements and prepare budgets and schedules for effective B2B marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives

·      Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of sales and marketing efforts

·      Implement and manage sales-driven digital marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and advertising

·      Analyze sales and marketing campaign performance and adjust accordingly to optimize results

·      Maintain positive relationships with external vendors, agency partners, and contractors

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree

·      Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing, project management or related roles within the B2B industry

·      Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and Teams, and presentation software

·      Practical experience with email marketing automation, productivity systems, digital analytics platforms, and project management software

·      Sound understanding of sales and digital marketing best practices

·      Excellent management, interpersonal, and team-building skills

·      Positive attitude and deadline driven

·      Strong communication and presentation skills

·      Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

·      Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, develop solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure

·      Experience working with senior executives, sales leaders and marketing professionals
