Social Media Manager – Lead Generation

This role focuses on managing and optimizing social media channels to drive high-quality lead generation for a financial planning business. The successful candidate will develop and execute content strategies in both English and Portuguese, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and compliance with industry standards. The position is fully remote and requires a proactive approach to building engagement and converting followers into qualified leads within the financial services sector. Deliverables

• Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to financial services audiences.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content in English and Portuguese across relevant platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics to maximize lead generation.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and nurture relationships to convert prospects into leads.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and brand consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for financial services or similar regulated industries.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation through social media campaigns.
• Fluency in both English and Portuguese, with strong written communication skills in both languages.
• Proficiency with major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and analytics tools.
