Role Description

The Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the development and execution of digital marketing and communication initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, digital storytelling, and building audience engagement across online platforms. You will help shape brand presence by creating compelling content, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring our message is consistently communicated across channels.

You will work independently while collaborating on strategies designed to increase brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage engaging content across digital channels, including social media platforms, email communication, and online communities
  • Develop written content, captions, articles, and marketing materials that align with the TMC brand voice
  • Support digital campaigns from planning through execution and performance review
  • Assist with social media management, audience engagement, and content scheduling
  • Monitor digital marketing performance and use insights to improve communication strategies
  • Maintain consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
  • Support brand storytelling initiatives that communicate TMC’s mission and impact
  • Research trends, audience insights, and opportunities to improve digital engagement

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience or demonstrated capability in digital marketing, communications, content creation, social media, or a related field
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and authentic content
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and online communication channels
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and suggest new ideas
  • The ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision

A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related discipline is preferred but not essential where equivalent experience is demonstrated.

An interest in personal development, leadership growth, and helping others achieve meaningful change is highly valued.
