Position: Investor Relations & Growth Associate (m/f/d)

Location: Remote or Cologne / Düsseldorf

Language: Business fluent English required. German is a plus.

Compensation: €35K-€50K per year + equity in syndicate investments

Start Date: Mid June 2026

Role Overview

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Investor Relations & Growth Associate to help expand our investor network and support the growth of the syndicate across Europe.

You will work directly with the Managing Director on investor outreach, relationship management, growth initiatives, and operational execution. This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to the venture capital ecosystem and is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, relationship-building, startups, and high-performance environments.

The role combines elements of investor relations, business development, community growth, and venture operations.

What You’ll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting onboarding and relationship calls with prospective investors
  • Managing investor pipelines and follow-ups through CRM systems
  • Sourcing and qualifying new investor leads across Europe
  • Supporting investor communications and community engagement
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives, content, and growth campaigns
  • Supporting internal deal flow and syndicate operations
  • Occasionally attending startup, technology, and investor events across Europe and the U.S.
  • Working closely with leadership on strategic growth initiatives

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and genuinely interested in startups and venture investing.

  • Enjoys speaking with people and building long-term relationships
  • Business fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Interest in startups, venture capital, or private markets
  • Comfort with outreach, follow-ups, or client communication
  • Based in Europe or willing to work European hours
