TeleHealthSA is an established international telemedicine company delivering timely, non-emergency virtual medical care across multiple regions. We support individuals who require professional healthcare services while travelling, living abroad, or accessing care outside traditional local systems.

Our clinical operations span both local and international care pathways. We currently provide virtual services supporting patients in South Africa, and internationally across United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, United Arab Emirates, and Greece.

Patient demand is generated and coordinated centrally through established channels, including:

  • Insurance and medical-assistance partners
  • Global travel and mobility networks (airlines, cruise lines, tourism partners)
  • Corporate and travel-health agreements
  • Ongoing TeleHealthSA-managed digital acquisition campaigns

All marketing, practitioner visibility, patient routing, and payment processing are handled by TeleHealthSA. Practitioners focus exclusively on clinical care.

We are now selectively onboarding Germany-licensed General Practitioners (Hausärzte / Fachärzte für Allgemeinmedizin) to join our international medical network.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for General Practitioners who wish to deliver high-quality virtual primary care without building or maintaining their own marketing, administrative, or technical infrastructure.

Practitioners who join TeleHealthSA operate within a mature telemedicine environment that provides:

  • Continuous, centrally managed patient acquisition
  • Structured and predictable booking flow
  • Exposure to international and travel-related primary-care cases
  • Centralised administration and patient coordination

This opportunity is particularly well suited to GPs who value clinical focus, professional autonomy, and operational clarity, without the burden of advertising, billing systems, or patient acquisition.

Engagement Model (Independent Contractor)

TeleHealthSA engages practitioners strictly as independent contractors. This role does not constitute employment and is not a traditional private-practice listing.

The company operates on a standardised international operating framework to ensure consistency of care delivery, clinical quality, and scalable patient coordination across all service regions.

This role is appropriate for practitioners who:

  • Are comfortable with independent medical practice
  • Are experienced in, or open to, telemedicine delivery
  • Prefer a centralised visibility and patient-routing model
  • Seek predictable access to patients without managing demand generation

Practitioners seeking to customise operational rules, negotiate individual commercial terms, or independently manage visibility within the TeleHealthSA ecosystem are unlikely to find this framework suitable.

Scope of Clinical Services (GP-Focused)

TeleHealthSA delivers a broad range of virtual healthcare services internationally. As a General Practitioner within the company, your clinical work may include:

  • Online GP Consultations (acute, sub-acute, and primary-care presentations)
  • Travel-Related Medical Consultations (pre-travel, post-travel, malaria advice, preventative care)
  • Continuity-of-Care Consultations for international and travelling patients
  • Medication reviews and clinical advice (within regulatory scope)
  • Referrals and escalation to psychiatry, psychology, or specialist care where appropriate
  • Urgent non-emergency assessments requiring timely medical input

All care is delivered within defined telemedicine guidelines and focuses on non-emergency primary medical care, in accordance with applicable German and international regulations.

Centralised Visibility & Patient Acquisition

(Foundational to TeleHealthSA Operations)

TeleHealthSA operates a fully centralised visibility and patient-acquisition system. This is not an optional feature — it is how international patient flow is created, sustained, and scaled.

For each onboarded practitioner, TeleHealthSA:

  • Establishes and manages a professional online presence
  • Publishes consistent health and wellbeing content
  • Directs all visibility to a dedicated TeleHealthSA booking profile
  • Executes paid and organic acquisition campaigns aligned to demand
  • Routes appropriate enquiries and bookings through company systems

Practitioners do not self-market within the TeleHealthSA framework. All patient flow is coordinated centrally to ensure quality, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Commercial Framework

Platform Access & Operations Fee

  • USD $100 per month

This fee covers continuous patient acquisition, marketing operations, administrative support, telemedicine infrastructure, and system access. Most active practitioners recover this cost within their initial consultations.

Per-Consultation Service Fee

  • TeleHealthSA service fee: 10%
  • Practitioner retains: 90%
  • Payouts are processed monthly

This structure enables practitioners to scale virtual primary care internationally without investing in advertising, software, staffing, or billing systems.

The commercial framework is fixed and applies uniformly across TeleHealthSA.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Licensed / registered General Practitioner in Germany (Hausarzt / Facharzt für Allgemeinmedizin), in good standing with the relevant Ärztekammer
  • Eligible to provide telemedicine services under applicable German regulations
  • Reliable internet connection and a private, professional workspace
  • Willingness to operate within an international telemedicine environment
