- Support the development of campaign objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across channels, including copywriting, segmentation, and workflow management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, creative, and CRM to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and on schedule.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign results and share insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on target audiences, products, and marketing tactics that drive engagement and retention.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience driving digital engagement and consumer-focused marketing initiatives.
- 1+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including brand, creative, strategy, and CRM.
- 1+ years of experience using data to inform marketing decisions and optimizing campaigns.
- 1+ years managing projects and external partners under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Bonus points for experience in marketing analytics, campaign testing, and the use of AI or automation tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.
