Corporate Marketing & Growth Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Corporate Marketing & Growth Manager to drive growth via:

1. Boosting Digital Silk’s Brand Awareness to mid & large size companies
2. Generating Qualified Leads
3. Showcasing our brand as a leader in the industry

We are seeking a true Marketing Expert with proven hands-on expertise in:

1. Analytics
2. Expertise in at least 2 digital marketing channels
3. Creating strong, effective copy for marketing campaigns
4. Creating effective marketing strategies & campaigns
5. Creating reports and presenting them to the executive team

We require a marketing expert with hands-on experience to create campaigns and measure results on a continuous basis.

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do

require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as we are a US-based company.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute internal marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, leads, and reputation.
2. Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns.
3. Own full-funnel marketing performance, from awareness to conversion to pipeline contribution
4. Take accountability to ensure both organic and paid campaigns are hitting ROI targets
5. Strong marketing copywriting skills are CRITICAL
6. Professional and proactive work ethic to get tasks done with URGENCY
7. Able to work EST hours from 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks)

Requirements:

1. Over 7 years of experience in similar roles
2. Excellent English communication and leadership skills
3. Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth and lead generation
4. Deep understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and attribution models
5. Experience using analytics, CRM platforms, and AI tools
