Role: Senior Product Manager

Monthly Salary: 5,500USD plus equity options

Our client is a AI-powered influencer marketing platform. The platform enables brands to launch

campaigns, set budgets, and scale creator partnerships with precision. By combining intelligent creator matching, seamless execution, and real-time performance tracking, we help brands identify what works, optimize campaigns, and directly link creator activity to business results.

We are looking for a Product Manager with 7-9 years of experience, including at least 3 to 4 years of people leadership. Candidates should have a proven track record of scaling successful products and launching impactful features within well-known, high-growth companies.

Strong English communication is required, while Arabic is not necessary. Candidates should also have solid exposure to AI and a clear mindset around leveraging automation and AI-driven solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

8+ years in Product Management, including 3+ years leading PMs or delivery functions

Experience scaling high-scale digital platforms with complex dependencies

Track record delivering multi-team roadmaps and customer-facing and platform capabilities.

AI fluency with shipped AI-enabled products in production

Experience automating business operations and reducing cost-to-serve

Ability to translate ambiguity into execution.

Strong analytics mindset, including metrics, funnels, cohorts, and experimentation

Credible cross-functional leadership with Engineering and Design

Strong executive communication and stakeholder management
