About The Role We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and spearhead our product marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in articulating Rollstack’s value proposition across various channels, translating complex product features into compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, support product launches, and craft customer stories that demonstrate real-world impact. This position offers a hands-on experience in building and experimenting with marketing campaigns in a fast-growing startup environment. You will own the distribution of our messaging, ensuring it reaches the right audiences to generate awareness, engagement, and sales pipeline growth. Reporting directly to the Growth Director, you will have the opportunity to influence how Rollstack communicates and positions itself in the market, contributing to our overall growth and success. Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Content Marketing within a SaaS or technology company
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Proven experience developing product positioning, messaging, and marketing collateral
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and video editing software like Nano Banana
  • Experience using marketing and sales platforms including Salesforce, HubSpot, Customer.io, or Mailchimp
  • Hands-on experience managing social media channels, especially LinkedIn, with a focus on engagement
  • Analytical skills to measure campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail
  • Customer-centric approach with an understanding of customer workflows and needs
  • Familiarity with data, analytics, and productivity software ecosystems is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous startup environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in STEM, Marketing, Business, or related fields is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features and updates
  • Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks
  • Create diverse marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, product pages, sales collateral, customer stories, webinars, and videos
  • Manage the distribution of Rollstack’s messaging across channels such as LinkedIn, newsletters, product announcements, and community forums
  • Ensure marketing content effectively reaches target audiences to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions
  • Equip the Sales team with enablement materials, presentations, and messaging frameworks to support sales efforts
  • Build and maintain customer advocacy assets, including case studies, testimonials, and success stories
  • Manage and grow Rollstack’s social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify customer wins, insights, and real-world use cases for marketing
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance, continuously refining strategies for better results
  • Own key marketing metrics such as campaign engagement, product adoption, and pipeline contribution
