Key Responsibilities

As a Promotion Assistant, you will:

• Support the planning and coordination of promotional campaigns and events (digital and offline).
• Assist in creating and updating promotional materials, including social media posts, flyers, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and external partners to ensure promotions are executed effectively.
• Track campaign performance, compile reports, and suggest improvements for future activities.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing and promotions team as needed.
• Contribute creative ideas to boost campaign reach and audience engagement.

About You

We are seeking someone who is motivated, organized, and eager to grow in the marketing and promotions field. The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A proactive, creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with remote teams.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and promotional tools (experience is a plus).
