Research Associate

At Delenda Executive Search and Talent, we’re a boutique search and advisory firm working at the intersection of executive talent, strategic communications, and public affairs.

We help ambitious organisations shape their teams — from entry level through to Managing Director — and we’re proud to work with clients in London, across the UK, and internationally.

We’re now looking for a curious, driven Research Associate to join our team. This is a chance to be right at the heart of a growing firm, supporting searches in communications and policy, spotting emerging talent, and keeping your finger on the pulse of the big issues shaping business and politics.

What you’ll be doing

• Mapping markets and researching potential candidates in communications, public affairs, and digital.
• Identifying and engaging candidates, from the first outreach through to early conversations.
• Keeping across the industry and political developments that matter to our clients.
• Helping us to deliver a brilliant candidate experience and sharp insights to clients.
• Contributing ideas for pitches, thought pieces, and marketing campaigns that showcase who we are.
• Working closely with the partners and consultants to make sure every search runs smoothly.

What we’re looking for

• Strong research skills
• Strong communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to make complex information clear and engaging.
• An interest in communications, politics, and current affairs
• Organised and comfortable juggling different projects at pace.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); experience with CRMs a bonus.
