2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager will lead the paid acquisition efforts for new product launches, managing the full profit and loss responsibility. This role is critical in setting acquisition cost targets, shaping go-to-market strategies with business leaders, and developing innovative creative testing to drive scalable marketing spend. It offers high autonomy and visibility, with the opportunity to define the marketing approach rather than execute existing plans.


3. Responsibilities:

  • Scale paid search and social media spend profitably using rapid creative iteration
  • Manage acquisition unit economics including CPA, payback period, and contribution margin
  • Develop and execute a high-velocity creative testing strategy to guide business decisions
  • Set creative direction and testing hypotheses informed by data and customer insights
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to validate marketing angles
  • Optimize campaign structure, keywords, and bidding for CPA efficiency
  • Monitor auction insights, impression share, and CPC trends
  • Utilize platform and third-party analytics for informed decision-making
  • Report performance insights and recommend improvements


4. Requirements:

  • 6+ years in paid acquisition for DTC, subscription, or consumer product businesses
  • Experience scaling new products from early traction to efficient growth
  • Ability to collaborate with Product, Finance, and GM-level stakeholders on P&L
  • Experience briefing creative teams and analyzing creative performance
  • Proven track record of scaling budgets while maintaining profitability
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (MER, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Thumbstop)
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution methods like MMM, MTA, and incrementality


5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

  • Colorado and California-based candidates: $110,000 to $170,000 depending on experience
