2. About the Opportunity:
The ISV Ecosystem Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and scaling the programmatic engine that attracts, converts, and activates ISVs into the Integration Network. This role focuses on designing growth strategies targeting multiple personas and articulating the business value of open identity standards. The position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to increase ecosystem adoption and drive growth in SaaS integrations.
3. Responsibilities:
- Design and execute multi-channel growth programs to drive adoption of identity standards and pipeline development.
- Build automated lifecycle sequences and conduct experiments to optimize ISV journey conversion.
- Develop automated toolkits to support new ISVs in announcing integrations and accelerating adoption.
- Establish and optimize acquisition funnel metrics and ecosystem growth KPIs.
- Collaborate to design scalable marketing systems using AI and automation.
- Develop strategies to identify and enrich target contacts at ISV organizations.
- Introduce sophisticated methodologies and best practices to evolve marketing motions.
4. Requirements:
- 4+ years in growth marketing, partner marketing, developer marketing, business operations, or product marketing within enterprise B2B SaaS or platforms.
- Proven experience building and optimizing growth campaigns using data-driven approaches.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business arguments for varied audiences.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, platform dynamics, and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent collaboration skills across product, developer success, corporate development, and marketing.
- Self-driven with the ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- The annual base salary range for candidates located in the San Francisco Bay area is $194,000 to $292,000 USD.
- Actual salary depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
- Equity, bonus, and benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave are offered.
