Having surpassed $15 million in revenue and recently achieving a $125 million valuation, the company is preparing for a significant fundraising round. The team maintains a lean structure, emphasizing ownership of outcomes.
2. About the Opportunity:
The Growth Marketer role is a founding growth position responsible for leading omni-channel marketing efforts to drive demand and conversion. This role involves managing paid advertising, email campaigns, SEO, and overall marketing operations while engaging directly with potential clients to advance deals. Reporting to the leadership, the position offers opportunities for growth as the company expands.
3. Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute omni-channel growth marketing including paid ads, email sequences, and SEO.
- Develop, test, and optimize demand-generation campaigns from start to finish.
- Monitor and report on growth analytics to improve performance.
- Engage directly with leads to convert demand into closed business.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to establish and achieve growth targets.
4. Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in go-to-market or marketing roles with omni-channel marketing expertise.
- Practical skills in growth marketing across channels such as email, paid advertising, and SEO.
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging prospects directly, including via phone.
- High energy and discipline in follow-up.
- Preferred: experience in an early-stage startup environment.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Approximately $150,000 base salary and $200,000 total compensation including performance bonus.
