Marketing Creative Specialist / Marketing Designer / Campaign Designer

Role Description

• Develop creative concepts, designs, and visual assets for marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to translate brand strategy into compelling creative outputs.
• Design graphics, layouts, presentations, and campaign materials that engage target audiences and support marketing objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.
• Assist in creating content for advertisements, email campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
• Support campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis by providing creative solutions.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.
• Manage multiple projects, deadlines, and creative assets efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in marketing design, creative production, or campaign design roles.
• Proficiency with design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma, Canva).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout design.
• Experience in digital and social media marketing campaigns is advantageous.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and campaign work is typically required.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UX/UI design is a plus.
