Paid media managers shouldn’t be spending their days manually adjusting bids or chasing minor CPC fluctuations. Platforms are smarter. Automation is stronger. AI is embedded.

We’re looking for a Performance Manager / Paid Media Manager who can think strategically, interpret performance clearly, and have confident conversations with clients about growth, not just metrics.

The Role

You will lead paid media strategy across a portfolio of clients, supported by a delivery team and specialist partners.

Your role is to:

  • Build intelligent, full-funnel media strategies
  • Bring them to life and manage them continuously
  • Translate data into behavioural insights
  • Collaborate across owned and earned channels (SEO, CRO, content, creative)
  • Confidently guide clients through performance decisions
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve planning and efficiency
  • Continuously optimise to reduce waste, fatigue and poor user experience

You’ll still work across platforms like Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, along with broader brand channels.

But your value won’t be defined by execution volume.

It will be defined by how well you interpret, advise and lead.

What You Bring

  • 3–6+ years experience in paid media (agency preferred)
  • Strong platform knowledge across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
  • Confidence presenting to clients and stakeholders
  • Strategic, consultative mindset
  • Strong analytical capability with a focus on insight, not just reporting
  • Comfort working alongside AI tools
  • Curiosity about where media and technology are heading

Bonus if you:

  • Connect media strategy to brand positioning
  • Think in full-funnel terms, not just last-click performance
  • Care about behavioural nuance
