ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketing Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is centered around driving real business results through paid media – not just running campaigns, but optimizing for profitability, scalability, and long-term growth.

You will take ownership of campaigns across the full funnel, from strategy and execution to optimization and scaling, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and manage end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads

Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns focused on lead generation and revenue growth

Structure accounts and campaigns based on intent, audience segmentation, and product priorities

Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS

Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

Perform A/B testing across creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies

Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and cost control

Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center (product feeds, disapprovals, data quality)

Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, and internal dashboards

Implement and audit conversion tracking (GA4, Google Ads, enhanced conversions)

Identify funnel gaps and provide recommendations to improve conversion rates

Collaborate with creative, product, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals

Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and optimization plans

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

Strong expertise in Google Ads (required), with solid experience in Meta Ads

Proven track record of scaling campaigns and delivering consistent ROAS

Experience managing real advertising budgets (not just small test campaigns)

Deep understanding of metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC, and LTV

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions

Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and tracking setup

Ability to troubleshoot performance drops and optimize quickly

Familiar with attribution models and conversion tracking logic

Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns is a strong advantage

Basic technical knowledge (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus

Self-driven, able to work independently in a remote environment
