We are looking for a part-time Marketing Manager with proven experience in B2B inbound marketing within a recruitment business, with exposure to RPO and workforce solutions.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role responsible for generating high-quality inbound leads and driving measurable pipeline growth across our recruitment offering.

You will work closely with our internal Marketing Executive and management to refine and execute a data-driven marketing strategy, with a strong focus on inbound, marketing automation, and ROI.

The role will suit someone who has previously built and delivered inbound marketing campaigns that generate real commercial results within a recruitment or talent solutions environment.

We deliver permanent and contract recruitment, RPO, SOW project-based hiring and global workforce solutions.

Our focus is helping clients scale efficiently while reducing time-to-hire and cost.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve a B2B inbound marketing strategy aligned to business growth goals
  • Generate qualified inbound leads aligned to sales targets
  • Build and optimise end-to-end lead funnels
  • Work collaboratively with the Marketing Executive on campaign delivery and execution
  • Own and manage HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform
  • Deliver campaigns across content, email marketing, SEO and paid media
  • Partner with sales leadership to align marketing with revenue objectives
  • Track and report on performance including MQLs, SQLs and conversion rates
  • Strengthen positioning across RPO, SOW, IR35 and global workforce solutions

RequirementsEssential

  • Experience in B2B marketing within a recruitment business
  • Proven track record of generating inbound leads
  • Experience marketing RPO and or workforce solutions
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM or automation tools
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable results such as lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Strong content and campaign execution skills

Desirable

  • Background in engineering or STEM recruitment marketing
  • Experience scaling marketing in a growing recruitment business

Working Arrangements

  • Remote role (UK-based)
  • Preference for candidates able to occasionally attend the Camberley office
