About The Role The Content Marketing Strategist at Brafton is a remote, full-time position designed for a highly motivated, client-focused, and digitally-savvy professional. This role is open to candidates residing in Alaska, with the expectation that applicants outside the AKST time zone will not be considered. The primary responsibilities include managing a portfolio of mid-large scale clients, developing and executing tailored content marketing strategies, and ensuring revenue retention and growth. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, consulting with clients to understand their business objectives and translating those insights into effective content campaigns. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with Brafton’s internal teams—including editorial, graphics, video, and web integration—to deliver strategies that generate strong ROI. Organizational skills, industry expertise, and a results-driven mindset are essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in Account Management and/or Content Marketing/SEO strategy
  • Strong understanding of content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and UX optimization
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Web Analytics, and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of digital marketing consulting and project management methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Manage a client portfolio of 20-25 mid-large scale organizations across various industries, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive content marketing strategies based on research and data analysis
  • Monitor and report on ROI and other key performance indicators to demonstrate strategy effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue retention by proposing new strategies and expanding existing campaigns
  • Prepare and present statements of work that align with clients' business objectives and market conditions
  • Collaborate with internal teams including editorial, graphics, video, and web development to bring content strategies to life
  • Ensure seamless project execution, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative tactics into client strategies
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions to foster long-term partnerships
