Social Media Manager – Startup

This role is focused on launching and scaling the social media presence for a new men’s grooming product. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, with the goal of building brand awareness and engaging a targeted audience. The position is remote and requires a proactive, creative professional who can independently manage daily operations and drive measurable growth for a startup product in a competitive market. Deliverables

• Develop and implement a tailored social media strategy for the new product launch
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Monitor social channels, respond to comments, and foster community engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align messaging and campaign objectives
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform content and strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media for consumer brands, ideally in grooming, beauty, or lifestyle sectors
• Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn best practices and content formats
• Demonstrated ability to grow and engage audiences organically
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Proficiency with social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
