Role Description
This is a contract and remote role for a Telephone Sales Representative. The role involves reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, generating leads, setting appointments, and managing client relationships. The representative will be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by providing exceptional customer service and support.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Sales skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Proficiency in Training new team members
- Ability to work independently and handle remote work efficiently
- Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous
