At Sparkbit360, the Email Marketing Coordinator will plan, prepare, and maintain accurate content across assigned digital channels. The successful candidate will work full-time and remotely from within the United States.
Company focus: Marketing and public-relations agency delivering strategy, campaigns, content, creative work, and data-informed brand growth. The role connects with client briefs, campaign schedules, content assets, audience data, approvals, and performance records. It supports consistent brand stories by reducing avoidable ambiguity and making every material handoff understandable to the next owner.
Work You'll Own
- Translate approved themes or briefs into a practical content calendar with owners, formats, channels, and deadlines.
- Draft, edit, or coordinate copy and creative assets while maintaining the intended brand voice and factual accuracy.
- Check links, tags, dates, calls to action, accessibility details, and approvals before publishing or scheduling.
- Monitor responses and performance signals, routing customer or reputation issues to the correct owner.
- Archive final assets and results so the team can reuse learning without confusing drafts with approved material.
In this Email Marketing Coordinator role, success means content is accurate, on brand, approved, and delivered on schedule; channel responses receive follow-up; and final assets remain easy to locate. Work should be accurate enough to review, documented enough to continue, and timely enough that avoidable delay is visible before it becomes a customer or operating problem.
What We're Looking For
- Attention to tone, claims, links, formatting, and approval status.
- Ability to interpret basic engagement data without overstating impact.
- Organized asset management and dependable cross-team follow-through.
- Strong writing, editing, content-calendar, and digital-publishing skills.
Full-time. Associate level. 100% remote within the United States. Base compensation: $44,000-$66,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The role uses approved digital systems, email, phone, shared documents, and remote collaboration tools; reliable internet access and secure handling of company or customer information are required.
