The Role
As the Paid Search Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing strategy. You’ll lead high-performing PPC campaigns across search platforms while balancing the brand's storytelling and delivering tangible commercial results. This role will also include a bit of paid social, ensuring a holistic approach to the brand’s digital presence. You’ll own paid search performance and contribute to broader marketing strategies that drive ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies across Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant PPC channels
- Align PPC campaigns with business objectives, brand positioning, and commercial targets
- Paid Media Performance: Lead the execution and optimisation of paid search campaigns to maximise ROI and drive high-quality traffic
- Continuously test and refine keyword strategies, bidding approaches, and ad creatives to improve performance metrics
- Paid Social**:** Support paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads and Pinterest, ensuring alignment with overall performance goals
- Deliver campaigns that drive both performance and enhance the luxury brand’s positioning in the market
- Analytics & Commercial Performance: Monitor and optimise PPC budgets, key performance indicators and ROI
- Analyse campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategies and improve results
- Brand & Retail Marketing: Ensure PPC campaigns enhance and strengthen the brand’s presence within the competitive luxury retail market
- Balance performance-driven campaigns with brand-led thinking to maintain consistency across all touchpoints
- Agency & Partner Collaboration: Work with external agencies and partners, managing PPC briefs, outputs, and campaign execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, ensuring alignment across all marketing efforts
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other paid search platforms
- Some experience in paid social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, etc.) is a plus
- Proven success in driving high-quality traffic, conversions, and measurable ROI for eCommerce or luxury brands
- Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to optimise campaigns for the best possible results
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
- Collaborative and communicative, comfortable working with internal teams and external partners
