Responsibilities:
- Leverage AI tools for content generation, audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and campaign optimization
- Implement automation workflows across CRM, email marketing, paid media, and customer lifecycle marketing
- Use data-driven insights to improve conversion rates, retention, and customer lifetime value
- Evaluate and integrate emerging marketing technologies that drive operational efficiency
- Own social media growth strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop high-engagement content strategies leveraging AI-enhanced creative workflows
- Manage influencer relationships and ambassador programs
- Oversee paid social campaigns and performance optimization
- Identify and pursue new revenue channels, partnerships, influencer collaborations, and wholesale expansion opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives aligned with company revenue targets
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to uncover expansion opportunities
- Support strategic planning for new product launches and category extensions
- Maintain consistent brand voice while testing innovative digital engagement strategies
- Build data driven initiatives that deepen customer loyalty
- Partner with product development to translate customer insights into new offering
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or business development (DTC or consumer brands preferred)
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools for marketing automation, analytics, or content creation
- Strong understanding of paid social, digital advertising, and performance marketing metrics
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies
- Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation systems, and ecommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
- Passion for pets and consumer lifestyle brands is a plus
