Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid ads, SEO, AEO, email, webinars, events) that drive qualified leads and pipeline growth.
- Own the full funnel—from awareness to MQL to SQL—and optimize conversion rates at every stage.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and industry-specific channels to maximize ROI.
- Build and scale AI SDR go-to-market motions using tools like Clay, Heyreach, Apollo.io, and Smartlead.ai to automate outbound prospecting and personalization at scale.
- Develop and execute ABM (account-based marketing) strategies targeting high-value prospects.
- Partner with sales to ensure lead quality, refine ICP (ideal customer profile), and create feedback loops that improve campaign performance.
- Use analytics and attribution tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness and report on pipeline contribution.
- Experiment relentlessly—A/B test landing pages, ad copy, email sequences, and CTAs to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop assets that convert (case studies, demo videos, ROI calculators, etc.).
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 3-5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
- Experience leveraging automation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, Apollo.io, etc) to accelerate campaign creation, automate prospect enrichment and personalization, identify intent signals, and optimize ad copy and email sequences at scale.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience marketing to dental practices, DSOs, or healthcare providers is a huge plus.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), CRM systems, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools. Hands-on experience with AI tools and building automated outbound workflows is highly desirable.
- Data-Driven: You live in dashboards, and attribution reports.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of hitting (or exceeding) pipeline and revenue goals.
- Scrappy & Creative: Comfortable wearing multiple hats and finding high-impact, low-cost growth levers.
