Marketing Specialist

Role Summary

The Marketing Specialist is a early- to mid-career, execution-focused role that supports the day-to-day delivery of marketing programs and campaigns. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Demand Generation, the role helps execute marketing initiatives across demand generation, business development support, content creation, sales enablement, social media, and events.

This individual contributor role is designed for a marketer who enjoys doing the work – writing, building, coordinating, and learning – and is excited to growth their skills in a fast-paced, evolving environment. While this role does not manage people, it offers meaningful exposure to enterprise marketing, the SAP ecosystem, and modern demand generation practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

o Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to sales and business development goals

o Write and adapt campaign copy for email, social, and outbound sequences

o Assist with SAP- and partner-facing campaigns, including DF- and co-marketing initiatives

o Help track campaign performance and contribute to reporting, optimization, and insights

• Content Creation & Copywriting

o Support ongoing social media activity, including drafting posts, coordinating schedules, and maintaining content calendars

o Create and update basic visual assets using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite

o Write, edit, and refine marketing, demand, and enablement assets, including campaign content, website copy, newsletters, etc.

o Help format and update presentations, factsheets, and sales enablement materials

o Ensure content aligns with brand standards, tone, and storytelling guidelines

• Marketing Operations & Execution Support

o Assist with marketing automation efforts using Marketo and Outreach with guidance

o Support CRM campaign support and basic reporting in Salesforce with guidance

o Help organize, and maintain a centralized repository of approved marketing and sales assets

• Event Marketing

o Support logistics and coordination for Answerthink-hosted events, SAP events, third-party events, and sales meetings

o Support event follow-up activities such as email sends, list uploads, and asset preparation

o Travel occasionally to support key events (estimated 1–2 trips per year)

Qualifications

• Required

o 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing (technology, consulting, or professional services preferred)

o Experience working remotely with strong communication and follow-through

o Ability to execute against deadlines in a fast-paced environment

o Strong writing and editing skills across short-form and long-form content

o Experience supporting demand generation or marketing programs

o Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms

o Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Preferred

o Experience in the SAP ecosystem or enterprise software environment

o Experience supporting sales or business development teams

o Familiarity with Marketo, Outreach, Salesforce, or similar platforms

o Experience working in a partner-driven or matrixed organization

o Comfort supporting events and occasional travel
