The Role We are looking for a Social Media Specialist to manage content creation, social media, and community across multiple client accounts. Beyond social, you will contribute to copywriting, marketing materials, and event support as part of a fast-moving agency team.

This role suits someone highly organised, aesthetically sharp, and comfortable working across both content and broader marketing deliverables.

Location: Attica region, Greece. Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Create visual and video content using Canva and CapCut
• Film short-form video content with a smartphone (Reels, TikToks, Stories)
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars per client
• Manage Stories, Reels, and community interactions consistently

Copywriting & Marketing Materials

• Write copy in Greek and English for social media, captions, and campaigns
• Support the development of claims, taglines, and brand messaging
• Contribute to brochures, presentations, and offline marketing materials

Community Management

• Monitor and respond to comments and DMs across platforms
• Engage audiences in a tone aligned with each client's brand
• Flag relevant conversations and opportunities to the team

Meta Advertising

• Set up and manage Meta campaigns (Facebook and Instagram)
• Boost posts and support basic campaign optimisation
• Monitor performance and report on key metrics

Events Support

• Assist in preparing materials and content for congresses, events, and activations
• Support event coordination: timelines, shot lists, content needs
• On-site support when required

Analytics & Research

• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports
• Conduct market and competitor research in the medical aesthetics space
• Maintain a clear understanding of target audiences per client

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing social media in an agency or multi-account environment
• Strong content creation skills: visual, written, and video
• Proficient in Canva and CapCut
• Comfortable filming and directing short-form content with a smartphone
• Strong copywriting skills in both Greek and English
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
• Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of social media metrics
• Highly organised, deadline-driven, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong aesthetic sensibility suited to beauty, wellness, and medical contexts

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with medical aesthetics, dermatology, or the beauty sector
• Experience with YouTube strategy and basic optimisation
• Knowledge of TikTok advertising tools
