Social Media Specialist

• Manage day-to-day publishing across multiple social platforms
• Optimise images, captions, thumbnails and formats for platform performance
• Create engaging social graphics (Photoshop, Canva or similar)
• Edit short-form video content for social distribution
• Monitor performance data and adjust strategy accordingly
• Run structured A/B tests on creative, copy and format
• Identify trending topics and reactive content opportunities
• Collaborate with editorial to maximise story performance
• Explore and implement AI tools to improve ideation, creative production and analysisOur Perks

Experience and Skills

• Proven experience managing social media accounts at scale, specifically Facebook
• Strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience behaviour
• Ability to create compelling static social imagery
• Basic short-form video editing skills
• Experience using social scheduling and analytics tools
• Strong interest in sport and sports media
• Experience in digital publishing or media
• Familiarity with monetisation strategies across social platforms
• Comfort experimenting with AI tools and automation workflows
