About Us

We are building a digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow through strategic marketing, performance-driven campaigns, and scalable digital solutions. We are currently assembling a founding team to establish the agency and build a strong client base.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Cold Caller & Business Development Co-Founder to lead client acquisition through outbound outreach and sales. This role is heavily focused on cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals to drive early revenue.

This is a founding role offering 20% equity, with no compensation until the agency generates sustainable cashflow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume cold calling to generate leads

• Identify and target businesses that need digital marketing services

• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

• Schedule and conduct discovery calls with prospects

• Present services and convert prospects into paying clients

• Develop and execute outreach and business development strategies

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Collaborate with the team to align sales with service delivery

Requirements

• Experience in cold calling, sales, or business development

• Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills

• Ability to handle objections and convert prospects

• Self-driven and comfortable with outbound sales

• Understanding of digital marketing services is a plus

• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment

• Long-term commitment and ownership mindset
