We’re looking for a sharp operator to build and scale Simify’s presence on YouTube.
This isn’t a role for someone looking to dabble in influencer outreach. It’s for a specialist who has direct experience running YouTube sponsorships, knows how to brief creators, negotiate deals, and track evergreen performance.
Because our product is 100% digital, expanding into new markets is fast and frictionless. We’re not limited by stock, logistics, or borders. All we need is the right person to turn YouTube sponsorships into a growth engine.

🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own Simify’s YouTube sponsorship channel end-to-end
- Build relationships with creators across travel, lifestyle, and tech, negotiating integrations and briefing them for authentic content
- Track results and test different creator tiers (macro/micro) to find scalable ROI
- Develop smooth systems for contracts, deliverables, and reporting
- Collaborate with the performance team to amplify sponsorship content via paid YouTube ads
- Continuously refine outreach and partnerships to maximise reach and impact
📈 What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
- You’ve launched campaigns with creators that fit our brand and deliver strong impressions, engagement, and conversions
- You’ve identified top performers for long-term partnerships
- Clear reporting is in place showing ROI and evergreen performance
- You’re in strong rhythm with the influencer and performance teams
- You’ve introduced systems or ideas that improve reach, efficiency, or results
