Role Description

The Service Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for our travel and tourism services. Daily tasks include managing customer service interactions, creating marketing communications, and coordinating various marketing activities. This role requires close collaboration with different teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

• Experience in Customer Service and Communication
• Competence in Marketing Communications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
