We are looking for a PPC Specialist to join our team on a freelance basis. The primary goal of this role is to drive high-quality user acquisition through a strong focus on global Paid Social and ABM strategies, while supporting our search efforts in specific regions. The ideal candidate knows how to target our ICP effectively, managing campaigns that cater to both self-serve users and those requiring a sales touchpoint, focusing on quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Social Execution: Build, launch, and optimize global campaigns across LinkedIn and Meta. Experience with Reddit Ads is a strong plus.
  • Local Search Support: Optimize and manage search campaigns for local markets, working in close collaboration with our in-house PPC Specialist to ensure alignment.
  • ICP & ABM Focus: Execute targeted campaigns to reach our Ideal Customer Profile, supporting our ABM initiatives to engage high-value accounts.
  • Creative Collaboration: Write engaging B2B copy and prepare simple mockups/briefs for the Design team to help them create high-performing assets.
  • Tactical Testing: Proactively suggest A/B tests for headlines, creatives, and landing pages to constantly improve conversion rates.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor campaign data using our internal visualization tools to ensure results align with our growth targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Platform Knowledge: Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
  • B2B Context: Background in B2B SaaS, with an understanding of how to attract and engage professional audiences.
  • ABM Awareness: Strong experience in running targeted campaigns for specific account lists.
  • Creative Mindset: Ability to draft effective copy and visualize ad concepts clearly for the creative team.
  • Data Literacy: Comfortable using data tools to track performance and identify optimization opportunities.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Direct Reporting: You will report directly to the Performance Marketing Lead, following the established strategy and budget.
  • Internal Synergy: You will work in close collaboration with our in-house PPC Specialist to align on local search market tactics and overall best practices.
  • Design Partnership: You will serve as a key contact for the Design team, providing the creative input and briefs needed for campaign assets.
